A Big Success at Davidson Meadows: Community Preview Event Highlights

Last week, we had an outstanding afternoon at Davidson Meadows as we officially opened our doors and welcomed new friends, neighbors, and future homeowners to the community. The energy was infectious and the turnout was fantastic—thanks to everyone who joined!

Attendees arrived eager to explore what Davidson Meadows has to offer. Our model home was open and buzzing, giving everyone a first-hand look at the high-quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design that we’re proud to build at Banner Built Homes. From the open-concept living space to the finishes and floor-plan layouts, we saw genuine “wow” moments throughout the tour.

Engaging Activities for All Ages

The event had something for everyone to enjoy!

• The food truck was a huge hit, serving up delicious bites that brought everyone together outdoors.

• Inside the model, guests enjoyed fresh coffee and donuts, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for conversations and exploring the home.

• Families loved the fun touches throughout the day — from friendly chats with our team to kids enjoying balloon animals and open green spaces to play.

One of the best parts of the day was the opportunity to talk one­-on­-one with visitors. Many walked through asking thoughtful questions: How far to the school district? What upgrade options are available? When’s move-in? These conversations were meaningful and showed that people are seriously considering making Davidson Meadows their new home.
