Stoneview Grand Opening Recap

The Stoneview Grand Opening was an exciting milestone, and we were thrilled to welcome the Crossville community to this brand-new neighborhood. With over 100 people in attendance, the energy and interest throughout the event made it clear just how much excitement there is around Stoneview. From first impressions to meaningful conversations, the day left us energized and proud to officially be part of the Crossville community.

The Grand Opening was all about introducing what makes Stoneview special. Attendees received the first look at all seven newly released floorplans, featuring a mix of thoughtfully designed single-story and spacious two-story homes. With a variety of layouts and options, there is truly something for every lifestyle.

Guests also had the opportunity to explore Phase One homesites, which were officially released during the event. These flat, spacious lots are ready for homeowners to build their preferred floorplan, and with only five homesites available in Phase One, interest is already strong.

One of the most valuable parts of the day was the opportunity for attendees to connect directly with trusted lending partners. Representatives from Mutual of Omaha and U.S. Bank were on site, helping answer questions and walk through mortgage options. By offering real conversations and clear guidance, guests were able to better understand their buying power and next steps toward homeownership.

In addition to learning about floorplans and financing, attendees were able to see that several Stoneview homes are already under construction. Touring homes in progress gave visitors a firsthand look at the quality, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every home in the community.

What made the event especially meaningful was the chance to help so many individuals and families take the next step in their home-buying journey. From learning about financing options to understanding the building process, guests left with clarity, confidence, and excitement about what’s ahead at Stoneview.
