That's perfectly fine. Many of our homes can be built to order, which means you can lock in your homesite and pricing now while construction is completed on your timeline. We also have quick move-in homes available for those ready sooner. The event is a great opportunity to learn about both options.
Is the $5,000 FlexCash only available at the event?
Yes. The $5,000 FlexCash discount is exclusively available to attendees of the May 9th event. It can be applied toward closing costs, upgrades, or rate buy-down on any Banner Built home.
