Finance Your Home
Work with a lender of your choice to finance your new home. Consider using our preferred lender to receive additional incentives.
Build Your Home
After reviewing all your selections and plans we'll begin construction on your home. Throughout the process we'll invite you to come onsite for a pre-drywall walkthrough and final walkthrough.
Close On Your Home
Before closing your lender will confirm all the documentation is in place to make the closing on your home seamless. Following a final walkthrough you will go to closing and then you will receive your keys.

We offer a semi-custom approach to homebuilding where we provide set plans and curated finishes for you to choose from. This enables us to building efficiently and keep your new home affordable.
Currently we are building in Cookeville, TN. We will have more locations coming in the future.
We are confident in our ability to build a home in 3-5 months after we receive the building permit. However, there are factors that can cause challenges in our schedule and we are committed to communicating those challenges early and often.
We stand by our work and offer a 1-year warranty on certain elements related to the build of your home. Our Customer Support Team will be by your side to help resolve any issues that come with a new home. To understand our coverage, please download a copy of our warranty.
