Myles Place Grand Opening: Thank You for Helping Us Celebrate!
What a day! On Saturday, October 24th, we opened the doors at Myles Place, our brand-new community. Thank you to everyone who came out. Your energy made it a celebration we won’t soon forget.
A Community Is Born
The grand opening was the first chance for many guests to walk the grounds, tour the community, and picture life at Myles Place. Seeing families explore the neighborhood and talk about where their future home might sit was the highlight of the day for our team.
Three Huge Giveaways
We gave away not one, not two, but three big prizes:
- A Traeger smoker for one lucky backyard pitmaster
- A 3-day trip to the Smoky Mountains for a well-earned getaway
- $10,000 in home upgrades to make a new home at Myles Place even more special
The excitement during each drawing was contagious. Congratulations to all of our winners!
Meet the Locals (the Furry and Scaly Kind)
The surprise hit of the day was our exotic animal petting zoo. Kids and grown-ups lined up to meet some unusual new neighbors. There were plenty of smiles, photos, and a few brave first-time pets.
The Momentum Is Real
The best news? Our team booked a ton of appointments with future homeowners ready to take the next step. It’s clear Myles Place is already becoming a place people want to call home.
