Last Friday, we opened the doors at The Reserve in Cookeville for our All-American Summer New Home Showcase — and the response was incredible. Families drove in from across the region to tour six model homes, meet our team, and explore what new construction could look like for them.

We were blown away by the turnout. The energy throughout the day was something special — from the food truck and kids' activities to the flower bouquets and Blackstone grill raffle, it truly felt like a community celebration. Most importantly, real conversations happened about real homeownership, and we're thrilled to share that a handful of attendees have already scheduled their appointments.

The showcase highlighted homes across Cookeville, Baxter, and Crossville — each community offering something distinct for buyers at different stages of life.

Copperhill Farms made its official debut at this event — and the response was fantastic. Buyers got first access to homesites in this brand-new Baxter community, featuring spacious yards and flexible floor plans.
